Angel In Jeans

“Angel In Jeans” is a big thank you to our everyday heroes who help our society. This song is part of my album “Going My Way”.
People don’t believe in things
They’ve never seen or never heard before
They cry, they have fear
but they never ever will admit it openly
Though they’re rich, they are poor
Though they’re accompanied, they’re still fools
In their minds, they sit beneath a crown
of importance and wealth while they drown
I am lost, incomplete
but I still keep on being their angel in jeans
Cut my wings, drop me out
but I still keep on being it without doubt
I am lost, incomplete
but I still keep on being their angel in jeans
Cut my wings, drop me out
but I still keep on being it without doubt
They only catch a glimpse of life
when they stare at somebody who is suffering
But they won’t realize
that the one they stare at could be their effigy
People think, I have wings
that I fly and don’t exist
but I sit and live in their midst
and doubt what they concede as true
I am lost, incomplete
but I still keep on being their angel in jeans
Cut my wings, drop me out
but I still keep on being it without doubt
I am lost, incomplete
but I still keep on being their angel in jeans
Cut my wings, drop me out
but I still keep on being it without doubt
