RobinLeaf started this song with a vocal recording. Inspired by psychology, her lyrics are from the point of view of an avoidant personality, who tries to work on themselves. I composed a chord progression for her vocal take, turning this song into a ballad. Right after, Ken Mattsson recorded another take of vocals, turning it into a duet. Last but not least, Paul Benham contributed ambient guitars that turned it into a cinematic piece.

"Calling To Me" is a dark and tragic pop song about a broken relationship. What happened? Where do we go now? Sometimes we know right from the start that something has been wrong, maybe a kind a self-fulfilling prophecy?

This song started as instrumental with a very eerie atmosphere. I am happy, that Michael dived right into it and wrote awesome lyrics.

Most songs about break-ups, failed relationships and broken friendships are about despair, anger and grief. When I wrote "Goodbye Warrior", I decided to write about a courageous and understanding person, who realised that accusations don't make anything better. Forgiveness is the key.
